配送ポリシー

 

■発送・配送方法

海外（日本国外）へのご注文は、FedExにて発送いたします。全ての対象国・地域への送料は無料です（実費は商品価格にあらかじめ含まれています）。

 

■お届け先の国・地域（27）

アイルランド／アメリカ合衆国／イギリス／イタリア／インドネシア／オーストラリア／オーストリア／オランダ／カナダ／韓国／ギリシャ／シンガポール／スペイン／タイ／台湾／中国／ドイツ／日本／ニュージーランド／フィリピン／フランス／ベトナム／ベルギー／ポーランド／ポルトガル／香港／マレーシア

上記以外の国・地域へはお届けできません。

 

■発送目安日数

ご注文確認後、通常1～3営業日以内、遅くとも7営業日以内に発送します。お届けまでの目安は発送地域により異なり、おおよそ5～14営業日です。予約商品の引渡時期は、特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。

 

■追跡番号

全ての発送に追跡番号をお付けし、発送完了後にメールでご案内いたします。

 

■損傷・紛失時の対応

発送商品は追跡可能な方法で発送しており、輸送中の紛失・損傷についてはご連絡いただければ調査の上、必要に応じて再発送または返金で対応いたします。

 

■関税・輸入消費税について（重要）

輸入時にかかる費用の取扱いは、お届け先により異なります。

米国へのお届けの場合、輸入関税・輸入諸税・通関手数料は当店（Chikuwa Store）が負担します。お受け取り時にご請求が発生することはありません。

米国以外の国・地域へのお届けの場合、輸入関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料は商品価格に含まれておらず、お客様（輸入者）のご負担となります。金額はお届け先の国・地域の税関が決定します。

Carrier & Rates

For destinations outside Japan, we ship via FedEx. Shipping is free of charge to all destinations we serve (the cost is already included in the item price).

 

Where we ship (27 countries and regions)

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

We cannot ship to destinations outside this list.

 

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmation, and in any event within 7 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and is typically 5-14 business days. For pre-order items, see our Legal Notice.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every shipment and emailed to you once your order ships.

 

Loss or Damage

All shipments are sent via a trackable service. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will investigate and arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate.

 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Important)

Import charges depend on the destination.

For deliveries to the United States: Import duties and taxes are covered by Chikuwa Store. No customs charges on delivery.

For all other destinations: Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. The amount is determined by the customs authority of the destination; please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
