■発送・配送方法

ご注文をいただいた商品は、FedExにて国際発送いたします。全ての対象国・地域への送料は無料です（実費は商品価格にあらかじめ含まれています）。

 

■発送目安日数

ご注文確認後、1～3営業日以内に発送します。お届けまでの目安は発送地域により異なり、おおよそ5～14営業日です。

 

■追跡番号

全ての発送に追跡番号をお付けし、発送完了後にメールでご案内いたします。

 

■損傷・紛失時の対応

発送商品は追跡可能な方法で発送しており、輸送中の紛失・損傷についてはご連絡いただければ調査の上、必要に応じて再発送または返金で対応いたします。

 

■関税・輸入消費税について（重要）

当店は DDU（Delivered Duty Unpaid）方式を採用しており、関税・輸入消費税等は商品価格に含まれておりません。これらの費用はご購入いただいたお客様（輸入者）のご負担となります。金額はお届け先の国・地域により異なりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

All orders are shipped internationally via FedEx. Shipping is free of charge to all destinations we serve (the cost is already included in the item price).

Loss or Damage
