返品・交換ポリシー

【重要】PSA鑑定ケース（スラブ）を開封した場合、またはケースに損傷・破損がある場合は、いかなる理由でも返品・交換・返金をお受けできません。ご商品到着後は、ケースを開封せずに状態をご確認ください。

■返品可能な場合

・商品到着後7日以内で、かつPSAケースが未開封・未使用・未損傷の状態であること

・輸送中の損傷・不良、または発送商品の間違いがあった場合

■返品不可な場合

・PSA鑑定ケースを開封した場合

・お客様の都合による交換・キャンセル（商品到着後8日以降）

■返送送料の負担

当方の不備（発送商品の間違い・輸送中の損傷等）による場合は当方が負担します。それ以外のお客様のご都合による返品は、お客様のご負担となります。

■返金方法

ご注文時にご利用いただいた支払い方法へ返金いたします。商品の確認後、7営業日以内に手続きを行います。

Returns & Exchanges Policy

IMPORTANT: Once a PSA-graded card slab has been opened, or if the case is damaged, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Please inspect the sealed case upon arrival without opening it.

Eligible for return:

• Within 7 days of delivery, and the PSA case is unopened, unused, and undamaged
• - Item damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped

Not eligible for return:

• The PSA graded case has been opened
• - Change of mind after 8 days from delivery

Return shipping costs: We cover return shipping costs for our errors (wrong item, transit damage). For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us confirming the returned item.
