商品代金以外の必要料金	送料は無料です。米国へのお届けの場合、輸入関税・輸入諸税・通関手数料は当店（Chikuwa Store）が負担します。お受け取り時にご請求が発生することはありません。米国以外の国・地域へのお届けの場合、輸入関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料は商品価格に含まれておらず、お客様（輸入者）のご負担となります。金額はお届け先の国・地域の税関が決定します。
お支払い方法	クレジットカード・デビットカード（Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB）、Shop Pay、Apple Pay、Google Pay（いずれも Shopify ペイメント）、および Wise による銀行送金。商品または注文内容によっては、銀行送金のみのお取り扱いとなる場合があります。ご利用いただける決済方法は、チェックアウト画面でご確認ください。
お支払い時期	クレジットカード・ウォレット決済：ご注文時にお支払いが確定します。銀行送金（Wise）：ご注文後にお送りするお支払い案内に従い、7日以内にお振込みください。ご入金の確認をもって注文成立といたします。
商品の引渡時期	ご注文（銀行送金の場合はご入金確認）後、通常1〜3営業日以内、遅くとも7営業日以内に発送いたします。FedEx国際配送により、発送から5〜14営業日でのお届けとなります。予約商品については下記をご確認ください。
予約商品の取扱い	発売前または入荷前の商品を予約商品として販売する場合があります。予約商品である旨と発売予定日または入荷予定時期は、各商品ページに表示します。当店に商品が入荷した後、通常1〜3営業日以内、遅くとも7営業日以内に発送いたします。発売日・入荷予定日は、メーカーまたは流通の事情により変更となる場合があり、その際はご登録のメールアドレスへご連絡いたします。申込期限、受付期間、販売数量の制限を設ける商品については、各商品ページに個別に表示します。
返品・交換について	お客様のご都合による返品は、商品到着後14日以内に support@chikuwastore.com へご連絡いただき、事前承認（RMA番号の発行）を受けた場合に限りお受けいたします。返送送料はお客様のご負担です。PSA鑑定ケース（スラブ）を開封された場合、またはケースに損傷・破損がある場合は、返品・交換・返金をお受けできません。返送されたスラブのPSA鑑定番号が発送時の記録と一致しない場合は、受領をお断りし、返金いたしません。EU・英国にお住まいのお客様は、理由を問わず商品到着後14日以内に契約を撤回する法定の権利を有し、この権利は上記の条件に優先します。返金は、ご注文時にご利用いただいた支払い方法へ、返送品の受領・確認後7営業日以内に行います。詳細は返品・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
注文のキャンセル	発送前であればキャンセルをお受けいたします。support@chikuwastore.com へご連絡ください。発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。予約商品のキャンセル条件を商品ページに明示している場合は、その条件によります。
不良品・誤発送	商品の破損・不良、誤発送があった場合は、当店が往復の送料を負担し、返金または交換いたします。

Price	As shown on each product page (tax included).
Charges besides the price	Shipping is free. For deliveries to the United States: Import duties and taxes are covered by Chikuwa Store. No customs charges on delivery. For all other destinations: Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. The amount is determined by the customs authority of the destination.
Payment methods	Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay (all via Shopify Payments), and bank transfer via Wise. For some products or orders, bank transfer may be the only available method. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Time of payment	Cards and wallets: charged when the order is placed. Bank transfer (Wise): within 7 days of the payment instructions we send you. The order is confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery	Dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order (for bank transfer, of payment being received), and in any event within 7 business days. Delivery is by FedEx International, 5-14 business days from dispatch. See Pre-orders below.
Pre-orders	We sometimes sell items that have not yet been released or have not yet arrived in stock. Each such product page states that the item is a pre-order and shows the scheduled release date or expected arrival period. Once the item reaches us we dispatch within 1-3 business days, and in any event within 7 business days. Release and arrival dates may change for reasons on the manufacturer's or distributor's side; if a date changes we will email you. Where an order deadline, an order period or a quantity limit applies, it is shown on that product page.
Returns and exchanges	Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, by prior authorisation only (email support@chikuwastore.com for an RMA number); return shipping is at your expense. We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged PSA slabs, or slabs whose certification number does not match our dispatch record. Customers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery for any reason; this right takes precedence over the conditions above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and checking the return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Cancellation	Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; please email us. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Where cancellation terms for a pre-order are stated on the product page, those terms apply.
Faulty or wrong items	If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or the wrong item was shipped, we pay shipping both ways and refund or replace.
